The Royal Academy of Engineering needed to attract innovators and entrepreneurs often lost to engineering well before they finish school. They wanted a campaign that would inspire 13 to 18 year-olds to see engineering in a new light and follow what they love into an engineering career. After two successful seasons of short documentaries highlighting inspiration young people in different engineering fields, we were asked to complete a third season, but move the films on to something more emotionally driven.
I worked with Tu&Nick at Knucklehead to create four two-minute films about four new engineers.
