The Royal Academy of Engineering needed to attract innovators and entrepreneurs often lost to engineering well before they finish school. They wanted a campaign that would inspire 13 to 18 year-olds to see engineering in a new light and follow what they love into an engineering career. In collaboration with EngineeringUK and industry partners, we created the #ThisIsEngineering campaign. After two successful seasons of short documentaries highlighting inspiration young people in different engineering fields, we were asked to complete a third season, but move the films on to something more emotionally driven.
I worked with Tu&Nick at Knucklehead to create four two-minute films about four new engineers.
